WARNING: This is still an experimental build for Visual Studio 2012. Please report issues in the tracker.

Configuration Section Designer is a Visual Studio add-in that allows you to graphically design .NET Configuration Sections and automatically generates all the required code and a schema definition (XSD) for them.

This release targets Visual Studio 2012 and utilizes the VSIX extension architecture.

WARNING: This is an experimental build for Visual Studio 2012! I have performed VERY quick tests to confirm that this fires up in VS 2012 and does not break any VS 2010 versions already installed. No other significant testing has been performed at this time.

This EXPERIMENTAL release targets Visual Studio 2012 and utilizes the VSIX extension architecture.

I have not had a chance to commit this version to source control, but will do so ASAP.

RE: Change From Alpha to Beta

There have been no issues reported for this release, and it's been confirmed to work on 4 different development environments.
