Updated version number. Also, when tool adds ref to system.configuration, it no longer forces .NET 2 version. Will use version matching the .NET version of project.

Added changes by AlexS from changeset 56263: Update configuration schema to use AddItemName when using AddRemoveClearMap(Alternate), as well as allow and suggest the 'remove' and 'clear' elements. Also, use 'choice' instead of 'sequence' in schema as to not force any ordering of elements within a configuration.

Roled back some changes from last few change sets (by me) that was causing issues. Changes had involved merging some updated code from VS2008 branch to this one. To help the debugging process, I will merge, verify, and commit small pieces of functionality at a time.

Fixed an issue with name validation. XML name validator was rejecting valid chars. Only checks for SPACEs (most common use case) for now until more attention can be given to this.. Applied patch 5655 for testing (keyless collections).

REMOVING WI 6053 Patch because it generates invalid code. No DIFF file provided with patch, so application may not have been complete. Rejecting patch until this issue can be resolved to prevent future issues.

Fix for issue 8511 Since visual studio item templates does not define an $assemblyname$ parameter (look at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/vstudio/eehb4faa(v=vs.100).aspx for a list of template parameters) i've created a wizard class wich can access the current project assembly name via the DTE object and i've updated item template definitions. Note: maybe is not necessary create a new project, to be verified.
